Who supervises the children?

Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Please inform your children of the basic rules of play to ensure a comfortable and safe visit for all. Please pay specific attention to ensure older children only play in their specific age-appropriate area. All areas are clearly labelled. Our staff are around to help make your visit enjoyable.

In line with our public liability insurance, adults are not permitted to leave the centre whilst their children are playing (up to the age of 10). One adult (per family group), who is 18 years or over must be present in the centre at all times for 10 years and under.

For children between 10 -12 years old, parents/guardians must complete a waiver and only at that point will they be able to play within the play centre. Our play assistants will monitor the children and ensure they are safe. Our assistants will then support the children in leaving the play area when their allocated time is complete.
